Lululemon Tamed My Ta Tas

One of the best parts about my job as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer is my relationship with Lululemon as the Ambassador for the Square One location in Mississauga.

As an Ambassador, not only do I teach IntenSati in the store and at community events, but I also get to give them my feedback about their clothing and how to make it better.

There has never been a better time for me than now to give them my feedback as my belly and other parts started to enlarge and expand and share it with you.

The one and only thing I was nervous about when I got pregnant was maintaining my fashion sense both in the gym and out as well as pre and post-pregnancy. Because of my physique, I'm not afraid to show off my body. So, fitted tops and flattering pants are a must. I also don't want to spend a fortune on maternity clothes if I'm not going to have another baby in few years.

Last . They not only look great now, but they'll look great once he/she chooses to grace us with his/her presence.

The Be Still Pant
They pants are incredible and feel like pyjamas, but don't look it. They can be worn slighly dress depending on what top you wear. Wear them low rise or high on the hip and if you're like me, you can fold down the top and and they still look great. These pants flatter any body shape.

This is a miracle bra! there are a lot of sport bras out there that can turn your ta tas into sausage rolls. This bra tames your girls without smooshing them down. Great for B+ to D(ish) cups. Say "Thank You, Thank You, Thank You" not "Please, Please, Please"

We can all remember as kids being prompted by our parents to - ‘use the magic words’ PLEASE and THANK YOU. They believed in the importance of good manners as being one of the tools we needed to be successful and ‘accepted’ by other people in life.

What I have learned in recent years is that on another level these words have a whole other power. If we are constantly thinking ‘please, please, please’ when focusing on our dreams and goals, they often remain dreams because we are operating without faith. Yes we have the desire but we are not believing - we are in fact begging, which is an attitude of lack.

When we ‘ask’ for what we want with ‘praise and thanksgiving’ for already receiving it, we are now operating in faith and belief. That changes everything. I’m not talking ‘magic’ here and God is not Santa Clause, but He does want us to have faith and to ask for what we desire.

When we are surrounded by negative news or difficult times personally, it is easy to ‘fall back’ into old habits that don’t serve us. These habits will keep us where we are or at the least delay our progress forward. Don’t beat yourself up about ‘falling back’. Just start again. Each day is a new day. Each moment in the day we get to choose our attitude and focus.

There is opportunity in every adversity. If you truly want to reach your goals and bring the positive into your life start NOW to change the words you are using. Change the ‘please, please, please, to THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for everything that is happening and for the outcome you want but may not be able to see just yet! This is the most powerful WORK you can do.

When you have this attitude of gratitude, people will want to experience what you have and for them to have it they will need to do things that others will be grateful for. That’s how it all comes back.

On a recent Oprah show, 2 families were on. One family was told their daughter was in a serious car accident and close to death. The other family was told their daughter died. The first family sat vigil over their daughter only to find out weeks later that it was not their daughter but the other girl who was in that hospital bed! Their daughter was dead. This family did not get a lawyer. They did not lash out. They called on their faith and forgave, but here is what hit me the most about this story…..

Months later, the girl who lived met with this family who lost their daughter and said “Our family has had a happy ending, I feel so sad for yours.” The father of the dead girl said “Our family has a happy ending too. We just haven’t seen it yet.” They will see her in heaven and know it all! What an example!

Clarifying What you Want

This past Tuesday night we had our monthly Sati Leader call. It's a call where all the Sati Leaders in the U.S. and Canada get on the to discuss the past months homework, readings, and what to focus and work on going forward.

This last call Patricia asked us to reflect on what it means to be a spiritual leader, what is a spiritual leader and are we spiritual leaders. My answer was a definite yes.

I gained some clarity on that call that made me reflect on what I do as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Leader of IntenSati. I am the lens that helps mankind focus on it's passions. I am a spiritual leader. I infuse every thing that I and touch with passion for life. Living life to it's fullest. Playing full out.

I've taken a lot of risks, but I know why. I am meant to be that beacon of light for people when they can't see there's, have lost it or need to know how to create it in themselves.

I'm meant to be that beacon because I'm not perfect. I'm learning too. Everything I learn, I share with my clients, colleagues, friends and family, which in turn makes me a better teacher and leader.
